Our general construction services include: EstimatingEstablish a list of qualified subcontractors; Review the sub's proposals for adherence to the project's scope, schedule and quality; Submit a firm lump sum price; Value engineering to keep the project within the customer's budget. ConstructionAward subcontracts to the lowest price qualified bidder; Project supervision; Project scheduling; Progress meetings to coordinate submittals, schedule, material deliveries, testing/inspection reports, proposal requests and payment applications; Obtain necessary permits/inspections/approvals; Monitor project punch list to ensure timely completion; Submit to owner all warranties, guarantees, operation and maintenance manuals and perform required training at the close out of the project. |
