Maintenance Services

    Now owners can take advantage of Wink Construction's newest service: ongoing facility maintenance. With this service you can have the piece of mind that your investment in your building is being protected and extended through careful and thorough maintenance.

    Our Facility Maintenance Team is trained to handle every facility issue our customers may have and we are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

Facility Management offers three different plans to meet the needs of our customers:
  • Maintenance Complete
  • Maintenance Control
  • Maintenance Reactive

Maintenance Complete
    This plan is designed to handle the routine up-keep issues as well as maintenance of the facility. We offer a one year facility specific proposal that includes an initial thorough review of the facility using a 10-page inspection checklist, a detailed file on your company with information obtained from the initial inspection and services requested. Every quarter we will perform routine services based on the items included in your package and prepare a report on the facility to identify issues that may be future problems.

Maintenance Control
    This plan is much like the Maintenance Complete plan except it is focused solely on maintenance. We will conduct an initial inspection of your facility using a 10-page checklist. We set up a detailed file on your company with information obtained from the initial inspection. Every year we do a follow-up inspection report on the facility to verify everything is in good order and identify issues that may be future problems. Any required maintenance identified by the inspection is billed on a time and material basis at agreed unit costs.

Maintenance Reactive
    For customers who choose this plan, Wink Construction will gather basic information on the client and enters it in our on-call database. Inspections are only done at the owners' request. Maintenance work is performed only when the client calls. Any maintenance the owner chooses to perform is billed on a time and material basis at agreed unit costs.
