Douglas B. Wink, President
 Douglas B. Wink | As the son of founder Clarence Wink, Doug grew up in the business and often accompanied his father on Saturday jobsite visitations. Doug attended University of Oklahoma and University of Evansville where he graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree. Immediately after graduation, he joined the United States Army, and served our country for six years between the Army and Army Reserve. |
| In 1967, Doug returned home from the Army and joined the family business, which at that time was still doing residential and light commercial work. Within a few years the father and son team moved into the commercial and industrial markets where Wink remains concentrated today. |
| As president, Doug oversees all functions within Wink Construction. He identifies company goals and objectives while maintaining a well-established customer base. Doug learned his attention to detail, quality assurance and knowledge of what it takes to coordinate a project from start to finish from his father and Wink's Founder, Clarence Wink. Those principals are the foundation of how Wink Construction earned its respect in today's market place. |
Doug offers over 35 years of experience within the construction industry including supervision, estimating, project management and office administration.
In 1967, Clarence's son, Douglas Wink, joined the Wink Construction team. This addition helped the
company make the leap into commercial, institutional and industrial services. Together, the two
men established a solid foundation for providing an unprecedented trade presence.

Donald L. Johnson, Executive Vice-President
 Donald L. Johnson | A native of Evansville, Don joined the United States Marine Corps in 1961 and served 18 months overseas. In 1966, after service in the USMC, he joined Atlas Van Lines where he remained until 1982. As Don's career with Atlas continued, he moved from Evansville to Texas to Georgia to Maryland, and finally, in 1972, his last stop was back in Evansville. | | He returned to Atlas' headquarters in Evansville and continued his rise within the company to his final position as Vice-President of Operations. In 1982, when Don's Father-In-Law, Clarence Wink was planning his retirement, he offered Don the opportunity to become a partner in the family business.

| After more than 20 years in the family business, Don is responsible for overseeing the solicitation, estimation, and management of each project performed, and is an integral member of the sales and marketing team. A member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering he is a graduate of many industry training seminars, including TQM, Marketing, and Design/Build. He has been instrumental in the implementation of Wink's specialization in the medical field and is an asset to our healthcare customers. His in-depth knowledge of how the construction process is affected by the requirements of the healthcare industry is invaluable. |
Terry Davis, Vice-President of Estimating
 Terry Davis | Terry joined Wink in 1990 and quickly moved into the role of Metal Building Sales Specialist, and has recently been promoted to Vice-President of Estimating. A graduate of Indiana State University, Terry worked as a Senior Medical Sales Representative for Wallace Laboratories before coming to Wink. During his time at Wallace he was a two-time member of the President's Honor Club. |
| Terry is responsible for overseeing the estimation and management of projects performed, as well as estimating support for the team. Terry offers over 10 years of experience within the construction industry, and has an in-depth knowledge of the entire construction process. Terry is a definite asset to clients contemplating interior renovations or building additions. |
Mark D. Johnson, Business Development Manager
 Mark Johnson | Mark Johnson, grandson of Clarence Wink, and son of Don Johnson joined the family's business in 2002 making Wink a three-generation company. Mark grew up in the business by spending his high school and college summers working jobs from cleaning the shop to demolition to carpentry and painting as well as drafting, estimating, and even project management. |
| Upon graduating from Purdue University in 1995, Mark went to work as a production supervisor for Motorola in Chicago, Illinois. In 1997, Mark joined Midco, Inc. in Burr Ridge, Illinois as an account executive. Midco, Inc. was ranked 17th in the nation among the top security systems integrators. Two years later, with his success in selling integrated security systems to Fortune 500 customers, he was promoted to Security Sales Manager. While at Midco, Mark received the Salesperson of the year award in 1999 and Manager of the Year award in 2000. |
| As Wink's Business Development Manager, Mark leads all sales and marketing team efforts by evaluating and redefining company strategies and initiatives while contributing to the growth of Wink's customer base and brand image. |
